FOREIGN EXPERIENCES IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT: THE EXAMPLE OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM OF TURKISH STATES

This article provides a comparative analysis of the experiences of higher education management in Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. During the study, the higher education management, educational standards and reforms of each country are studied and their effectiveness is assessed. The article analyzes strategies aimed at improving the educational process based on international experience and puts forward practical recommendations for adapting the higher education system of Uzbekistan to international standards. The research was methodologically conducted based on comparative analysis and statistical data, and common and different aspects of the education systems were identified.
