Annotatsiya

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of motor skill formation in the process of physical education based on the gradual increase in the complexity of learning tasks. The study investigates the impact of the sequential complication of motor actions on the quality of motor skill acquisition, the level of physical fitness, and the overall effectiveness of the educational process. Based on an analysis of scientific literature and the results of pedagogical research, a methodology for motor skill development has been substantiated, involving a gradual transition from simple motor actions to more complex coordination structures. The findings indicate that the gradual increase in task complexity contributes to a more durable acquisition of motor skills, enhances learners’ motor activity, and promotes the development of sustained interest in physical education classes.
