THE IMPORTANCE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN BANKING SERVICES

This article scientifically analyzes the importance of innovative technologies in banking services, their role in increasing the efficiency of commercial banks, and their impact on digital transformation processes. The study highlights the role of artificial intelligence, mobile banking, blockchain technology, biometric identification, and remote banking services in the modern banking system. In addition, issues related to improving customer service quality, reducing operational costs, strengthening security, and expanding financial inclusion through innovative technologies are examined. Comparative analysis, statistical observation, and systematic approaches were used during the research process. The findings indicate that innovative technologies not only enhance the competitiveness of banks but also contribute to the formation of flexible and fast services tailored to customer needs. In particular, the development of digital banking services has increased the share of cashless payments and expanded access to banking services. Based on the research findings, scientific and practical recommendations were developed for further advancement of innovative technologies in the banking system of Uzbekistan.
