COMPARISON OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND NATIONAL LEGISLATION IN THE APPLICATION OF LABOR AND CIVIL LAW CONTRACTS IN UZBEKISTAN

This article compares the application of labor and civil law contracts in Uzbekistan with international practices from the United States, Germany, and South Korea. It analyzes the national legislation, identifies gaps and strengths, and proposes recommendations to harmonize Uzbekistan’s legal framework with global standards. The study highlights the importance of clear legal distinctions, electronic contract execution, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms for improving labor relations in Uzbekistan.
