ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ТЯЖЕЛОГО ТЕЧЕНИЯ СЕМЕЙНОЙ БРОНХИАЛЬНОЙ АСТМЫ

The study was conducted in 49 families living in the Samarkand region with a hereditary predisposition to bronchial asthma. In order to study the severity of the disease in patients with familial bronchial asthma, each person in the family was studied based on anamnesis, clinical, general laboratory analysis, instrumental and geneological examination methods. It has been noted that the autosomal dominant manifestation of the disease in family members is higher in the first children in the family, the disease is more often inherited from the mother, the disease is severe in patients born from inbred marriages, as well as in patients diagnosed with other allergic diseases. It was also noted that with increasing severity and duration of the disease, the incidence of allergic diseases and concomitant diseases also increases. These are criteria for the severity of the disease.
