MODERN APPROACHES AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTIRETROVIRAL THERAPY IN HIV INFECTION

Evaluating the efficacy of modern antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimens in treating HIV-infected patients is of significant medical and social importance. This study focuses on assessing the clinical, virological, and immunological outcomes of integrase inhibitor-based modern ART regimens in the adult population. Retrospective and prospective analyses demonstrated that modern drugs achieve faster viral load reduction, ensure sustained recovery of baseline immune cells, and drastically reduce side effects. The findings serve to refine local treatment protocols and improve patients' quality of life.
