CONVENTIONAL AND NATIONAL LEGAL MECHANISMS FOR PROTECTING CHILDREN'S HEALTH

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of international legal standards for child health protection and their implementation within the national legislative system of Uzbekistan. The research deconstructs multi-sectoral governance models based on the experience of the Netherlands, as well as prominent international legal discourses. The findings demonstrate the priority of institutional collaboration efficacy and the principle of "child subjectivity" in ensuring children's rights.
