SPEECH USAGE OF THE CATEGORY OF RESPECT IN THE KOREAN AND UZBEK LANGUAGES.

This article analyzes the speech usage of the category of respect in the Korean and Uzbek languages. In linguistics, the category of respect is considered an important element that reflects social relationships between participants in communication. In the Korean language, levels of respect are clearly defined and play a significant role in the social context of the language. In the Uzbek language, forms of expressing respect also exist and reflect certain social positions during communication. The article examines the specific features of the category of respect in the context of both languages, their structural differences, and cultural aspects. In addition, the study discusses how this category is used in speech practice and its communicative functions. The results of the analysis demonstrate the similarities and differences in the category of respect in Korean and Uzbek, which is important for language learning and intercultural communication. The article is expected to be a useful resource for linguists, cultural studies scholars, and language learners.
