PROFESSIONAL FORMATION OF THE TEACHER PERSON

The article discusses the professional formation of a teacher as a complex socio-psychological process, and analyzes the mechanisms of the teacher's professional identity, acquisition of professional values, and development of professional competencies on a scientific basis. The motivational, reflexive, communicative, and innovative components of professional formation are considered as an integrated system. The main factors influencing the professional development of a teacher - qualitative indicators of the educational environment, psychological stability, level of creativity, readiness for personal growth, and the ability to use modern pedagogical technologies - are studied in a comprehensive manner.
