PEDAGOGICAL STRESS AND ITS RENEWAL

This article analyzes the essence of pedagogical stress, the causes of its occurrence in teachers, and its impact on the educational process. The complex and responsible aspects of pedagogical activity - individual behavior of students, excessive workload, lack of time, updating methodological requirements, and psychological pressure - are indicated as the main sources of stress. The study highlights modern approaches to reducing stress and "refreshing" resources in teachers, including professional self-development, emotional stability strategies, pedagogical reflection, methods for preventing "burnout," and the importance of creating a healthy psychological environment.
