MENTORING AND COACHING ACTIVITIES

This article focuses on the role of mentoring in the educational process, the questions of mentoring “Why?”, “How?”, “What?”, and serves as an aid in solving problems that may arise in the practice of mentoring and coaching. The technology of working with young trainee teachers and experienced teachers in mentoring activities is described in detail. The module pays special attention to the organization of the educational process and the formation of natural and scientific literacy competencies in students. This involves enriching the information on the same topic in the Uzbek language. The module has been reviewed by experts and is intended for all trainer teachers in the education system.
