COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE PERSONAL-PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE OF A FUTURE PRIMARY TEACHER

This article examines the issues of forming and developing the personal and pedagogical competence of future primary school teachers through a comparative analysis. The study compares traditional and modern pedagogical approaches and analyzes the changing requirements placed on the teacher’s personality. The importance of key components of personal and pedagogical competence, such as communicative skills, empathy, reflexivity, moral maturity, and creative thinking, in the primary education process is highlighted. The article substantiates the scientific and pedagogical foundations for developing personal and pedagogical competence in the professional training of future teachers.
