ANALYSIS OF THE STATE OF METHODOLOGICAL PREPARATION OF TEACHERS IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

This article analyzes the methodological training of teachers in inclusive education. In the process of inclusive education, the teacher's professional activity, methodological knowledge and skills, the ability to apply modern pedagogical approaches, and the readiness to work with students with special educational needs are of great importance. The article highlights the content of teachers' methodological training, its components, and its connection with practical activities in an inclusive environment. It also analyzes existing problems, their causes, and ways to develop teachers' methodological training. The results of the study show that continuous professional development and methodological support of teachers are important in increasing the effectiveness of inclusive education.
