EFFICIENCY OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL DIRECTIONS OF SERVICES OF “UZBEKTELECOM” JSC

This article analyzes the effectiveness of innovative development of socio-economic and organizational areas of Uzbektelecom JSC based on a comprehensive approach. The process of transforming a communications operator into a central factor of social infrastructure, economic modernization and organizational management in the conditions of digital transformation is studied in depth. The study evaluates the company's activities in such modern areas as education, healthcare, remote services, integration with startups, IT export, digital ecosystem, 5G, AI, cloud technologies, data centers, cybersecurity, and "green" initiatives using a socio-economic value creation model.
