ЭТИЧЕСКИЕ АСПЕКТЫ ОБЩЕНИЯ ВРАЧА И ПАЦИЕНТА НА РУССКОМ ЯЗЫКЕ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ.

The article addresses the pressing issue of ethical communication between doctors and patients in multicultural Uzbekistan, where the Russian language plays a key role in medical education and interethnic communication. The study aims to analyze the implementation of fundamental ethical principles, such as respect for patient autonomy, beneficence, justice, and confidentiality, through the lens of Russian-language communication. The paper examines the linguistic features of building an ethical dialogue, including clarity of presentation, selection of speech strategies for expressing empathy, and respectful addressing, as well as the influence of Uzbekistan's cultural and sociolinguistic factors (the role of family, respect for elders, linguistic diversity) on the interaction between medical professionals and patients. The necessity of purposeful development of communicative and ethical competencies in Russian among future doctors is emphasized to ensure high-quality medical care and build trusting relationships in a multicultural environment.
