THE ROLE OF TRADITIONAL MEDICINE IN THE COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT OF ALLERGIC RHINITIS

Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common allergic diseases of the upper respiratory tract, characterized by nasal discharge, sneezing, itching, and nasal congestion. Conventional therapy includes antihistamines, corticosteroids, and decongestants. In recent years, growing attention has been paid to traditional medicine approaches, including herbal therapy, nasal irrigation with plant decoctions, and aromatherapy. The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of traditional medicine in the comprehensive treatment of allergic rhinitis and determine its influence on the frequency and severity of symptoms.
