ТРАНСФОРМАЦИЯ РЫНКА ТРУДА В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ: ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ

            This article examines the key changes in the labor market caused by the development of the digital economy, considering both the associated challenges and the new opportunities they offer. The digital economy, based on the use of information and communications technology, big data, automation, and the platform business model, is transforming employment structures, types of work, skill requirements, and the form of labor relations. As a result, challenges are also changing: the dismissal of low-skilled workers, the growth of precarious employment, changes in social protection, increasing inequality, and the need for retraining. At the same time, opportunities are emerging: the emergence of new professions, flexible employment, the expansion of remote work, increased productivity, and growing demand for highly qualified specialists. The paper presents a comprehensive analysis of these processes, drawing on modern empirical research and theoretical concepts, highlighting the factors that contribute to the successful adaptation of workers and offering proposals for employment policy in the digital economy. The findings highlight that labour market transformation is an inevitable process, and the key to minimizing risks lies in actively managing this transformation, developing skills, and creating an institutional environment that supports sustainable employment and a fair distribution of benefits.
