This paper examines the theoretical and practical aspects of designing the pedagogical process in primary education. The article reveals the essence of design as an important tool of a teacher's professional activity, providing targeted planning and organization of educational work. Special attention is paid to the design stages, the role of the teacher in creating an effective educational environment, as well as the use of innovative technologies in the design of the educational process. The design of pedagogical activities contributes to improving the quality of education, developing independence, creative thinking and cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren.
