РЕЗКОЕ УВЕЛИЧЕНИЕ ЧИСЛЕННОСТИ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ И ИСТОЩЕНИЕ РЕСУРСОВ НОРМАТИВНО – ПРАВОВЫЕ РЕШЕНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ

The article presents statistics on global population growth. It states that the rapidly increasing world population will lead to resource depletion and the beginning of Malthusianism in the coming years, which will have a serious impact on both the environment and the economy. The term Malthusianism refers to the theory proposed by Thomas Malthus, according to which population growth tends to outpace the growth of resources necessary for human survival. This imbalance leads to poverty, famine, and environmental degradation. While human methods of sustaining life today are completely different from those of two centuries ago, many countries are currently experiencing a decline in birth rates due to the legalization of same-sex marriages. This is considered an inadequate solution to the problem, as it does not correspond to traditional cultural values and may lead to the disappearance of entire nations. The only effective solution, therefore, is the adoption of a globally recognized norm regulating the reduction of birth rates within families.
