STATISTICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF ONLINE SERVICES IN COMMERCIAL BANKS

This article presents a statistical assessment of the efficiency of online services providedby commercial banks, with a focus on the banking sector of Uzbekistan. The study explores how digitaltransformation has reshaped service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer interaction. A setof key performance indicators—including transaction speed, cost per operation, digital usage rates,and customer satisfaction—is analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative benchmarking.Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is applied to evaluate the internal and external factors influencingthe digital banking environment. The research findings suggest that online services contributesignificantly to improving banking efficiency, but also highlight the need for better infrastructure,enhanced cybersecurity, and financial literacy initiatives.
