BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION AND RECONSTRUCTION WORK AT MUSIC SCHOOLS IN ANDIJAN, NAMANGAN AND FERGANA REGIONS

This article covers information on the material and technical base of music schools in Fergana, Andijan, and Namangan regions during the years of independence. This study reflects the state of provision of music and art schools with buildings in the early 90s of the 20th century, the problems in this process, and the purpose of the study is to analyze the material condition of the valley music and art schools and show the development processes of these educational institutions. The information provided in the article is covered on the basis of historicity, objectivity, consistency, and comparative logic. It also serves to study and introduce into use the information on the subject, oral history information, and current archives of music schools, regional archival funds, and press pages. The information in this article can be used by researchers conducting research in the areas of musical culture and the history of musical education in the future.
