Infertility is interpreted as a condition in which a man or woman of reproductive age cannot achieve pregnancy for a year, despite regular sexual activity. The article focuses on the acquired form of infertility, analyzing its occurrence under the influence of various factors that have developed in the body in recent years - infections, hormonal disorders, lifestyle changes, stress and other causes. The article also considers modern diagnostic methods, drug treatments and treatment approaches using assisted reproductive technologies. Special attention is also paid to prevention issues.
