INTRODUCING SCHOOL-AGE CHILDREN TO KARAKALPAK FAIRY TALES

This article explores the importance and methods of introducing school-age children to Karakalpak fairy tales. The study focuses on the pedagogical and psychological aspects of integrating national folklore into the educational process, with particular attention to the role of folk tales in shaping children's moral, cultural, and linguistic development. Based on Karakalpak literary heritage, the article highlights effective strategies to engage young learners and cultivate a sense of national identity, imagination, and ethical thinking.
