ORGANIZATION, PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN LIBRARIES

This article discusses the idea that such a universal form of planning innovations in libraries is an innovative project, which skillfully mastered the types widely used in entrepreneurial and social forms of human activity, unlike a plan, which has a simple linear structure, is not only a list of structured documents, but also a complex set of structured documents containing calculations, drawings, and evaluation criteria necessary for creating an object.
