COVERAGE OF LEGAL CULTURE ISSUES IN THE PUBLICISTICS OF UBAYDULLA ASADULLAKHODJAYEV

The article studies the struggle of Ubaidulla Asadullah Khojaev, a prominent representative of the Jadid movement at the beginning of the 20th century, the first Uzbek lawyer, publisher and publicist, for the freedom of the nation, based on the analysis of articles published in the newspaper "Sadoi Turkiston". In particular, attention is paid to the important role of the publicist's articles on topical issues of legal culture in the development of society.
