ECONOMIC LEGAL PROCEEDINGS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE MARKET ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

This article will consider Economic litigation from the point of view of its functioning in the conditions of the market economy of Uzbekistan. The article highlights the features and main directions of development of the judicial system, regulation of economic disputes, as well as the role of the economic court in the legal support of the functioning of the market economy. The importance of legal regulation for the stability and development of the national economy is emphasized, analyzed and studied. Effective actions in the judicial system are proposed that allow economic entities to find fair protection.
