Treatment of Osteoporosis of the Mandibular Joint

The article reviews modern methods of treating osteoporosis of the mandibular joint. The results of the study show that bisphosphonates, calcium and vitamin D supplements, as well as physiotherapy methods, are effective in increasing bone density in patients and reducing pain. To prevent osteoporosis, it is recommended to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and avoid harmful habits. The study used DEXA scanning and statistical analysis methods. The study also examined measures to prevent osteoporosis. It was found that measures such as proper nutrition (a diet enriched with calcium and vitamin D), regular physical activity (walking, weight-bearing exercises), and quitting tobacco and alcohol reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. In addition, regular monitoring of patients and monitoring of their bone density were recommended. The scientific significance of the study is that it enriches the scientific literature with new information and practical recommendations on the treatment of osteoporosis. By using the results of the study in clinical practice, it is possible to improve the quality of life of patients and prevent their bone fractures. The results of the study may be useful for doctors, orthopedists, and rheumatologists.
