Investments and legal issues in agriculture

This article is devoted to the study of attracting investments in the agricultural sector and the legal problems that arise in this process. The agricultural sector, as an important component of the economy, faces many problems in attracting investments. This article examines the economic, legal and social aspects of investment, as well as the importance of the legal system in agriculture. The need for further improvement of the legal system for the development of agriculture based on the experience of Uzbekistan and the best practices of foreign countries is emphasized. The article also concludes with proposals for the protection of investments and the development of effective legal mechanisms for the agricultural sector.
