IMPROVEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND FINANCIAL MECHANISMS FOR FINANCING MEDICAL SERVICES

The article analyzes the national and foreign practices of medical services provision and financing mechanisms and evaluation of their effectiveness. It is known that ensuring and restoring the health of the population is a factor that ensures economic growth. Therefore, as a result of the reforms that have been implemented in our country since the first days of independence, the legal and organizational mechanisms for the organization of the state and private medical system and the financing of their activities were formed. As a result, a quality medical service system, which is considered a component of human capital development, was founded.
However, the system of financing the provision of medical services and evaluating its results still lags behind world practices. The article describes the problems of financing and evaluation of medical institutions, as well as issues of its improvement.
