PROCEDURE FOR TAKING MEASURES WHEN APPLYING HIGH AND LOW MONOPOLY PRICES TO ELIMINATE ANTI-COMPETITIVE ACTIONS AND AGREEMENTS

The article describes the procedure for taking measures to determine the use of monopoly and monopoly low prices, as well as the use of methods of price regulation by the state, i.e. declaration, approval, setting of fixed or marginal prices (tariffs), regulatory coefficients, margins and limited returns are fully disclosed.
