DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF SPORTS ACROBATICS IN SPECIALIZED SPORTS SCHOOLS

This article is focused on studying the development and management of sports acrobatics in specialized sports schools. The research analyzes the preparation of young athletes, the coaching process, the use of sports facilities and equipment, as well as the effectiveness of the management system. The article identifies the main problems in the development of sports acrobatics, including a shortage of qualified coaches, insufficient equipment, and lack of systematic training processes. At the same time, recommendations are provided for improving coaching methods and management, optimizing the use of resources, and providing social and psychological support to athletes.
