METHODS FOR DETERMINING COTTON'S WATER CONSUMPTION

Today, due to global climate change, there are processes of water shortage and radical changes in the weather in every part of our country. This article considers it an important issue to determine the water demand of medium-fiber cotton in the cultivation of cotton, thereby presenting the processes of saving various resources and developing an optimal irrigation regime necessary for obtaining high-quality, marketable and competitive products. When carrying out irrigation work in medium-fiber cotton, the main issue is to determine the mechanical composition of the soil, water permeability, types of irrigation, resource conservation, and water consumption. The main task of the ongoing research is to analyze the elimination of problems and eliminate the loss of excess resources.
