METHODS FOR DEVELOPING TEXT COMPREHENSION SKILLS IN 3RD–4TH GRADE STUDENTS

This article analyzes effective methods and pedagogical approaches for developing text comprehension skills in 3rd–4th grade students. The relevance of the study is explained by the need to enable students to fully understand the content of texts, distinguish between primary and secondary ideas, and form the ability to express independent opinions based on the text. The article examines the application of interactive methods, visual and graphic tools, problem-based situations, and project-based approaches in the learning process, highlighting their effectiveness in enhancing text comprehension skills.
