Non-ablative laser therapy has become an effective and minimally invasive option in the management of these lesions. Unlike ablative lasers, which remove tissue layers, non-ablative lasers target deeper layers, reducing vascular growth without damaging the skin's surface. This article examines the role of non-ablative laser therapy in the comprehensive treatment of infantile hemangiomas, discussing its mechanisms, benefits, challenges, and its integration with other therapeutic approaches.
