From the perspective of a technical college teacher, the study highlights how technology transforms teaching methodologies, enhances students? professional competencies, and shapes their attitudes toward learning and work. The paper also emphasizes the importance of responsible and conscious use of technology in preparing students for the demands of the contemporary labor market.
