	bibo:abstract "Bu çalışma, Türk milletinin tarih boyunca oluşturduğu devlet geleneğini ve bu geleneğin günümüz Türk dünyasındaki yansımaları incelemektedir. Türklerde devlet anlayışı sadece siyasi bir kurum değil, aynı zamanda töre, adalet ve toplumsal düzenin temeli olarak kabul edilmiştir. Hunlar, Göktürkler, Selçuklular ve Osmanlılar dönemlerinden günümüze kadar uzanan bu devletçilik anlayışı, her dönemde halkın refahını ve bağımsızlığı esas almıştır. Ayrıca modern dönemde Türk Devletleri Teşkilatı’nın bu geleneği nasıl sürdürdüğü üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, Türk devlet geleneği geçmişin bir mirası değil, Türk dünyasının geleceğini şekillendiren canlı bir değer olarak değerlendirilmiştir."^^xsd:string;
