A large amount of knowledge and practical observations on injuries from standard samples of hand-held firearms has been accumulated. The emergence of new, unique samples of special-purpose weapons requires forensic medical professionals and criminologists to conduct a complex of morphological, spectral, forensic chemical, medical-criminalistic, radiological, and other special laboratory studies of injuries caused by such weapons. A case of performing a commission forensic medical examination with a decision on the differential diagnosis of fatal gunshot wounds caused by a specific sample of a special-purpose handheld firearm is presented. date: 2025-08-13 official_url: https://universalconference.us/index.php/icms/article/view/5026 full_text_status: public publication: INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON INTERDISCIPLINARY SCIENCE volume: 2 number: 8 pagerange: 42-44 citation: S.A.Khakimov, S.A.Khakimov, B.M.Xotamov, B.M.Xotamov, D.M.Sirliboyev, D.M.Sirliboyev (2025) FORENSIC MEDICAL ASPECTS OF GUNSHOT INJURIES INFLICTED BY SPECIAL WEAPONS.
