Heart disease is an important cause of maternal mortality in developing countries. In the presence of mitral stenosis (MS), the risk of decompensation of cardiac activity increases, which can threaten the life of both mother and fetus. An urgent task is to develop a system for early prediction of disorders of the adaptive capacity of the myocardium, especially in conditions of mitral stenosis, in order to timely intervene and correct therapy.</mods:abstract><mods:originInfo><mods:dateIssued encoding="iso8601">2025-10-20</mods:dateIssued></mods:originInfo><mods:genre>Maqola</mods:genre></mets:xmlData></mets:mdWrap></mets:dmdSec><mets:amdSec ID="TMD_eprint_93842"><mets:rightsMD ID="rights_eprint_93842_mods"><mets:mdWrap MDTYPE="MODS"><mets:xmlData><mods:useAndReproduction>
