%X This article analyzes pharmacological agents affecting the respiratory system, their classification, mechanisms of action, and clinical significance. Special attention is paid to drugs used in the treatment of bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pneumonia, and respiratory failure. The role of modern inhalation therapy, its effectiveness, and safety are substantiated based on current scientific data.
