In modern education, pupils should not be limited to speaking or writing grammatically correctly; they should also be able to understand, analyze, evaluate information from different sources, express their opinions clearly, and participate in culturally appropriate communication. Television, radio, the Internet, social networks, digital publications, podcasts, and video materials can serve as important tools for developing pupils’ speech activity, critical thinking, and information literacy. The article discusses the pedagogical opportunities, influence, risks, and methodological conditions of using media tools in the formation of communicative competence. date: 2026-06-13 date_type: published publisher: "Research Science and Innovation house" LLC official_url: https://universalpublishings.com/index.php/jusr/article/view/19220 id_number: 10.66301/h55rk003 full_text_status: restricted publication: Journal of Universal Science Research; Vol. 4 No. Maxsus son-3 (2026): “ZAMONAVIY TA’LIMDA SUN’IY INTELLEKTNI QO‘LLASHNING ISTIQBOLLARI VA MUAMMOLARI” XALQARO ILMIY-AMALIY ANJUMAN; 612-618 citation: Boʻronova, Dilrabo (2026) THE ROLE OF MASS MEDIA IN THE FORMATION OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE.
