This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the plant’s main components, including inulin, vitamins (especially B-complex and vitamin C), macro- and microelements, and antioxidant substances that positively affect the human body. The study examines the therapeutic effects of topinambur in the treatment and prevention of diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and immune system enhancement.  %Z Imported from Universal Conference (OAI id oai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/19070)
