abstract: This article analyzes the socio-economic aspects of developing historical and cultural tourism in Uzbekistan. The country's rich historical heritage, ancient cities, and architectural monuments create great opportunities for the development of cultural tourism. The article discusses the impact of historical and cultural tourism on the economy of the regions, the creation of new jobs, and the development of the service sector.
