The study examines the essential oils of lavender, particularly linalool and linalyl acetate, as well as flavonoids, tannins, and other bioactive substances. These compounds are known for their calming, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and stress-relieving effects, as well as their ability to improve sleep quality and support nervous system function.
