Anti-TPO titers (248.6±32.4 IU/mL) and TSH levels (5.8±1.2 mIU/L) were significantly elevated compared to controls (p<0.001). Subclinical hypothyroidism was detected in 43.1% of cases. The findings support the need for broader AIT screening in adolescent males.   %R oai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/7631 %D 2026 %T FEATURES OF THE TREATMENT OF AUTOIMMUNE THYROID DISEASES IN ADOLESCENT BOYS %L arxiv92423 %K autoimmune thyroiditis, adolescent males, thyroid gland, anti-TPO, TSH, subclinical hypothyroidism. %I Center for Tech and Media Research %J Multidisciplinary Journal of Science and Technology; Vol. 6 No. 6 (2026): Multidisciplinary Journal of Science and Technology; 63-65
