Anti-TPO titers (248.6±32.4 IU/mL) and TSH levels (5.8±1.2 mIU/L) were significantly elevated compared to controls (p<0.001). Subclinical hypothyroidism was detected in 43.1% of cases. The findings support the need for broader AIT screening in adolescent males.   %Z Imported from MJST Journal (OAI id oai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/7631)
