The primary focus is on the use of an operating microscope, which minimizes tissue trauma and increases the accuracy of removing the focus of inflammation. The technique of retrograde filling using biocompatible materials (MTA, Biodentine) is described in detail, along with the application of osteoplastic materials to accelerate bone tissue regeneration in the postoperative period.   date: 2026-06-05 date_type: published publisher: Center for Tech and Media Research official_url: https://mjstjournal.com/index.php/mjst/article/view/7621 id_number: oai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/7621 full_text_status: public publication: Multidisciplinary Journal of Science and Technology; Vol. 6 No. 6 (2026): Multidisciplinary Journal of Science and Technology; 19-22 citation: Javohir, Zamonov, Jamshid, Sanaqulov (2026) APICOECTOMY IN MODERN DENTISTRY: ADVANTAGES OF THE MICROSURGICAL APPROACH AND RETROGRADE FILLING.
