Namunalar Toshkent botanika bog‘idan olingan bo‘lib, piyozchalar morfologik parametrlarga ko‘ra tahlil etildi va ularning kesmalari yorug‘lik mikroskopida o‘rganildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, har ikkala tur piyozchasida bir nechta qog‘ozga o‘xshash quruq parda qatlamlari va ichki tomonda zich parenxima hujayralari mavjud. Allium karataviense tugunak  piyozboshi pardalari qalin va sklerenxima qatlamlari bilan boy, Allium pskemense piyozboshida esa bu qatlamlar yupqa va kam rivojlangan ekanligi aniqlangan. Olingan anatomik ma’lumotlar Allium turkumi taksonomiyasida diagnostik belgi bo‘lib, mazkur belgilar Markaziy Osiyo endemik turlarining adaptiv xususiyatlarini o‘rganishda ahamiyat kasb etadi.2025-06-09Research Science and Innovation HouseMaqola
