Muammoning kelib chiqishiga shahar joylashuvi, sanoat korxonalari faoliyati, daraxtlarning kesilishi, chiqindilarni qayta ishlashga yetarlicha e’tibor berilmagani hamda suv resurslarining cheklanishi kabi omillarning ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, Londonda 1952-yilgi katta tutun (Killer Fog) voqeasidan keyin amalga oshirilgan islohotlar hamda Yaponiyaning chiqindilarni saralash va ekologik madaniyatga asoslangan tizimi misol sifatida tahlil qilinadi. Bu tajribalar  Toshkent uchun samarali bo‘lishi mumkin bo‘lgan yechimlarni korsatishi mumkin, jumladan chiqindilarni saralash tizimi va aholining ekologik ongini oshirish bo‘yicha takliflar ilgari suriladi.2025-12-08Research Science and Innovation HouseMaqola
