Gipertonik kriz aksariyat hollarda serebral, koronar va vegetativ simptomlar bilan namoyon bo’ladi.Mana shunday holat kuzatilganda bemorlarga shoshilinch tibbiy yordam ko’rsatish ehtiyot choralari muhokama qilinadi.Gipertonik kriz-arterial qon bosimining keskin ko’tarilishi bilan namayon bo’ladigan kaslliklar qatoriga kiradi. Klinikasi va “Giretonik kriz”ga olib keladigan asosiy sabablari,jumladan, hafaqon kasalligi, o’tkir glomerulonefrit, eklamsiya, buyrak kasalliklari, gipotenziv terapiyani birdan to’xtatish, psixoemosional stress, ortiqcha jismoniy zo’riqish, spirtli ichimliklarni katta miqdorda istemol qilish, meteorologik omillar tahlil qilinadi.
