%X This article is dedicated to the study of problems in the restoration and conservation of museum objects made of wood. Wood is a common material for cultural heritage objects, and its long-term preservation requires special attention from restorers and conservators. This article examines the main causes of wood degradation, the stages of restoration and conservation, modern research and technologies, as well as the main materials and tools used in this field.
